evil info towels turn-off check box

Never, ever again feel the need to crawl the kcontrol tool intellectually in search of the matching check box to turn of those oversized "tooltips" -- I'd say info towels.

Since that particular check box is so very inobviously named, already I had several boxes where I did that poor intellectual search for that check box. To let that happen never agin, now I post it.
